The Technical-Scientific Program of the INCT-MACC (TSP-MACC) for the new period 2015-2021 is an answer to all the requirements and fundamental aspects described above, hence having the following general goals:
1. Consolidate the research and technological development and focus efforts in the integration of new data and development of algorithms at the frontier of science in the Medicine Assisted by Scientific Computing (MACC).
2. Develop human resources at the level of scientific initiation, master and doctoral degrees, and educate professionals in the rational and efficient use of this new knowledge.
3. Transfer to the society the new knowledge and inherent benefits

To achieve these 5 (five) general goals, and during the 72 months estimated for the conclusion of the TSP-MACC, specific goals are proposed with goals to be achieved in the short (2 years), mid (4 years) and long (6 years) term through specific activities grouped as follows
* Research and Development Activities
* Human Resource Development Activities
* Activities for the Knowledge Transfer to the Society
* Activities for the Knowledge Transfer to the Public and Private Health Productive Sector
